SERDIKA CENTER CELEBRATES ITS OPENING ON MARCH 16TH
Serdika Center – the shopping center developed by Sparkassen Immobilien AG and ECE Projectmanagement – opened doors on March 16th. The new project comprises a shopping mall of more than 50,000 sqm GLA on three levels and Serdika Offices, about 30,000 sqm of Class A office space that will be opened for operation by the end of 2010.
Serdika Center opened with 99% occupancy, 65% of the tenants being fashion stores. Amongst the anchor tenants are Zara, Peek & Cloppenburg, Cotton (their first shop in Bulgaria), Humanic, New Yorker – for the first time in Sofia along with Deichmann, Cropp Town and Reserved, Piccadilly (their largest store in the country), Hippoland, Technopolis.
The synergy between the shopping centre and Serdika Offices enables the access to the amenities offered by the mall: a hypermarket, numerous international brands, a children’s corner and restaurants make Serdika Offices a good choice for corporate headquarters.
