The Façade of Serdika Offices is being completed
The construction of the project is continuing according to schedule and the façade of Serdika Offices is currently being completed. The high quality of the materials compliments the contemporary look of the façade.
The office building will offer nearly 32,000 sq m of Class A office space with the highest technical specifications. Eight floors of offices range from 200 sq m to 4,000 sq m on a single floor. Serdika Offices is currently the only office building in Bulgaria with double layer façades. The windows have double insulation glazing on the inner part and laminated safety glass on the outer one. The integrated sun shading between the layers is motor driven venetian blinds, which can be operated in all weather conditions. Additionally all windows are open able for natural ventilation. The parapets are powder coated aluminum on the inside and colored tempered glass on the outside.
