Office Investment and Workspace Forum 2022
On April 13th, 2022 the Office Investments & Workspace Forum 2022 took place. Organized by Тhe City Media Group, the forum outlined the trends in the office segment.
Some of the main topics were the key drivers behind market activity in 2021 and Q1 2022 and ESG in the office environment.
Environmental, Social, and Governance are non-financial factors appllied by Investors as part of their analysis process to identify material risks and growth opportunities. The elements of the ESG strategy which are directly related to office space planning are the buildings' green practices, such as energy from renewable sources, green areas, double skin facade, bicycle racks, charging stations for electrical vehycles, BMS etc.
