THE PROJECT

The business building of Serdika Offices rises eight floors above Serdika Center Sofia on the central “Sitnyakovo” Blvd. in the capital, offering a unique combination of a high-quality concept for:

Buildings are energy and resource efficient throughout their entire life cycle – from architectural design, construction, use and maintenance to renovation. Green construction is also highly sustainable, with the building meeting the highest technological requirements.

There are a number of certification programs for highly sustainable buildings, with DGNB being the most prestigious of them. It provides the most accurate and objective evaluation of a green building in an urban environment. Quality is assessed on a full project life cycle basis.
